We recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead during peak season (December–February and July). Off-season usually has availability with just a few days' notice.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 2 nights in normal season and 3 nights during Easter, Christmas and New Year's. You'll see this indicated in the calendar when choosing dates.
How does payment work?
You submit a no-charge pre-booking request online. We contact you within 48 hours via WhatsApp or email to confirm availability and coordinate the 30% deposit. Payment is made by bank transfer or cash on arrival.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, in the cabins that allow them. You'll see it listed in each cabin's amenities. We ask that dogs be kept on a leash in common areas.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. If you arrive earlier or leave later, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you confirmed and paid the deposit, that deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. It's the only amount at stake at that point — the remaining 70% is paid on arrival, so if you cancel before your stay there are no extra charges. If something out of the ordinary happened, reach out to us directly — we handle everything ourselves.
Is there WiFi in the cabins?
Some cabins have WiFi. We list it in the amenities. At La Generosa we believe in disconnecting a bit, but we understand it's sometimes necessary.
